It can be done with the use of a bamboo whisk chasen or an electric milk frother.\u0026nbsp;Midorinami was designed and executed by Quiet Form – a ceramics studio based in Kiev. Quiet Form was founded in 2006 by Alex and Tania, a couple sharing their love towards alluring shapes and natural colours. The porcelain, which they use to create memorable designs, is from Eastern Ukraine, and certified glaze comes from Germany. The whisk is carved from a single piece of bamboo, where precise cuts and careful binding with cotton thread create delicate tines, shaped just right to build a fine, jade-colored foam as you whisk the matcha. Using the chasen, you make W- or M-shaped movements in the bowl. This helps blend the matcha with water into a smooth suspension, and a nice layer of foam should form on the surface of the tea. The chasen's flexible bamboo bristles are what make perfectly foamed matcha possible.
