Teapots & infusers

In Japan, loose leaf tea is brewed in a kyusu. While traditional teapots vary in design, they usually have a wide base that gives the leaves room to fully unfurl in the water, and a handle that makes it easy and safe to pour the tea into a cup or bowl.
